Learn About Menu Tastings
**We offer One Tasting at no additional cost to you. I would waive the Tasting Fee (put it towards your Final payment) if you all decided to use us as your catering company, after you have experienced your Tasting. It will consist of your preliminary choices and it would take place at our Green Hills Tasting room.
Tastings are held only on weekdays from 10 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 10 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays at our Tasting Room in Green Hills/Nashville. If these times are absolutely not suitable, please reach out to us and we can discuss other options that may be available for you all.
The Tasting will be enough for up to 4 people to sample your choices. If you would like to have more than 4 people, we require at least a 72 hour (3 day) notice and each additional guest will be $25. You get to choose 3 Entrées and 5 Sides. You are welcome to add an appetizer for an additional $20 per appetizer and, or one to two desserts for $15 each also. You can have as many other tasting appointments as you would like, at $165 per additional Tasting. However, those tastings after the initial one, will not go towards your final total, and would be considered an additional cost.**
Hors d’oeuvres or Appetizers
‘Hors d’oeuvre’ and ‘appetizer’ are frequently used interchangeably. However, there are significant distinctions between these two types of dishes.Time Eaten: Hors d’oeuvres are served before the meal, while appetizers mark the beginning of the meal.Portion Size: Hors d’oeuvres are 1-2 bites, appetizers are 3-4 bites.Quantity Served: Multiple types of hors d’oeuvres may be passed around, while each person usually gets one appetizer.Purpose and Setting: Hors d’oeuvres are for social mingling, while appetizers are served at the table.Method of Eating: Hors d’oeuvres are often eaten by hand, while appetizers can typically be eaten with cutlery.

This is the perfect moment to express gratitude to your guests. Some have traveled from afar to witness you and your partner embark on your journey together into wedded bliss. Others have stood right by your side the entire way. Gift them all a memorable meal as a token of appreciation for their time, efforts, and encouragements.
